Yes, I have had a horrible problem with extra fat and flabby skin that hangs like 3 or 4 inches below my pantie leg area. Which means I have an APRON of flab that looks like an apron!! When I stand naked in front of the mirror I can t see my private part at all! No exercise or diet has ever helped. HEILP!!!!
Hello, You are telling that no exercise and diet had worked. But you didn't mentioned about how longer and how intense exercise you had done. If you perform only exercise or only diet they might not work. So start doing both together. Have healthy diet and do aerobics. You can also perform yoga to improve your skin health.
