Hello! If you don't have any other problem the best way is to exercise and to eat a diet full of good nutrients. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Try to run, go to the gym, go swimming. Everything that make you enjoy and burn a lot of calories. Best regards.
