hello,i am a thirteen yr. old girl and i weigh 115-144. im not obese i just have a little fat around my stomach,back,and thighs. i have tried working out and i dont lose anything. i wanted to know if would be able to give me some useful and helpful tips?

Hello!
Thank you for writing. Congratulations for working out and looking after your body. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Eat fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt with 1/2tbspoon honey, oatmeals and banana
Midday: one fruit
Lunch: 1 cup of soup + salad
Dinner: 1cup of milk+ chicken wings
Try to increase the rythm of exercise at the gym, to speed up your metabolism.
