hello,i am a thirteen yr. old girl and i weigh 115-144. im not obese i just have a little fat around my stomach,back,and thighs. i have tried working out and i dont lose anything. i wanted to know if would be able to give me some useful and helpful tips?

Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Eat fruits and vegetables. Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt with 1/2tbspoon honey, oatmeals and banana Midday: one fruit Lunch: 1 cup of soup + salad Dinner: 1cup of milk+ chicken wings Try to increase the rythm of exercise at the gym, to speed up your metabolism.
