I have been training solid for the last 3 months and follow a clean eating meal plan but have only lost a total of 2kg. I train 5-6 days a week both strength training and cardio. I have previously had my thyroid tested and it came back normal can you advise what step i should take next
Hi, You require strict diet regimen. Totally avoid fat and carbohydrates from diet. Maintain negative calorie balance with exercises and diet. There should not taken any thing by mouth in between two principle meals. If you feel hungry, take salads only. Avoid taking tea, coffee frequently. Rule out diabetes. Ok and take care.
