The baby was born with 2.3 kgs and that time including breast milk Dexolac for premature babies was recommended by the physician. Now its 1 month completed, & his weight is also increased to 2.5 kgs. In the dexolac cover its mentioned that it is specially made for premature or low birth weight babies i.e. less than 2.5 kgs.. but now he crossed 2.5 kgs, though his muscle mass is not that much developed but his height became larger than earlier. So please suggest which milk supplement powder is appropriate for him to gain muscle mass.. is that dexolac perfect? Or I should search for something else like lactogen??
