Hi Doctor, Could you please suggest some natural and easily available high protein rich food items. I am 25 years old weighing 52 KG and I am doing Exercise at GYM everyday. I do not want to take any massgainer in order to avoid the side effects . Thanks, Abhijeet
** 1. Tonics and Injections alone are not going to help to build the body mass. Good food & exercise must accompany the medicines for a substantial gain in weight.
