Suggest Natural Home Remedies For Sinusitis

What is the side effect of using Hetrazan 100mg and Wysolone 5mg especially at cold climates, once exposed to allergy / cold. After using it only free to breathe. how to overcome with natural remedies. I used turmeric powder in hot water and inhaled the fumes. Only relieved short while. Even if taking these tablets when exposed to airconditioning at probably 20 degrees, i can feel pain in cheeks and feel sleepy exposed to these cold environment. I am working in an aircondition environment, covering my head with cap and ears with ear caps. kindly suggest for overcoming this sinusitis issue naturally.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constant sinusitis which seems to be due to chest infection/ chronic upper respiratory tract infection. It is due to poor and compromised immunity of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication. You can take prescribed medication as well for short term basis as it will not give any side effects as such. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
