Suggest Natural Medication To Lower Blood Pressure Level
Is there a magnesium product or dose that won t give me diarrhea? Or is there another natural drug that can lower my blood pressure? I am on Candesartan without side effects but add any other drug and I have severe side effects - especially diruretics (cramps) Without medication my BP is around 220/120 due to kidney hormone being released, as I understand it. (I am 55kg, exercise regularly and drink only about 1 glass per week of alcohol, if at all. I have never smoked.) Hope that you can help. Christine
There is no natural medication to reduce BP but you can speak to your physician regarding the trial of another class of Antihypertensives. And if your BP without medicines is that high then you're at risk for heart failure, sudden intra cranial bleeds which can be life threatening. If your BP is still high, in such circumstances i would recommend you see your physician in person at the earliest as an emergency.
