Can I control my ibs-c problems with diet only. Is there an eating guide I can get on the Internet to follow. I am about 75 pounds over weight which is in part caused by the ibs-c problems. I am seeing a natural health doctor and have been doing better but not there yet

Avoid all trigger factors that cause you to have an episode, learning more about the condition and your body helps a great deal. some of the more common ones include: chocolate, coffee, tea, popcorn, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, fatty food, fried food, oily food, carbonates drinks, milk and dairy products, gluten containing products, tyrosine, taurine, fructose, most sugar containing products, etc. Learn about yourself and what causes you trouble, and avoid it.
