Suggest Natural Remedy For Elevated BP Levels

My blood pressure is 180/118 which I am aware is really high. I have been on Exforge for a few yrs but recently lost coverage. What are my options to get treatment if I don t have a lot of money to pay full price for my meds? I just moved out of state so I don t have a primary doctor yet. Urgent care center?

no natural remedy. can change life style and diet regulation like salt to be restricted less oily food. take regular morning walk. can consult naturopathy. yoga and meditation may help.
