Suggest Natural Treatment For Headaches And Nose Bleeds In A Child

My 8 year old has suffered with headaches since he was 3. Sometimes waking him in the night. He is also prone to nose bleeds. His headaches don t always seem to follow a pattern but traveling, tv, and computers can bring on a headache but sometimes they come on during a normal play day too. He has exercise induced asthma which seems to be well controlled but really no other significant history. It s so frustrating not knowing why they come on and how to naturally prevent them. Any thoughts?
