Hello doctor goodm ning.my MRI shows 2 subserosal fibroids.one is3.8 cmsmeasuring in diameter..other one1.8 cams.can u give me natural remedies without going for surgery.i have bulky stomach,overweight(75)kgs.my height is 5-3 inches.i am female-47yrs old.i want natural solutions without surgery.my periods r regular and no over bleeding.not yet reached menopause state.my recent iron& haemoglobin levels r normal.thanq very much.
