I have had semi high bp for awile, i do not want meds. Ben doing my own holistic health. My question is in the am and pm it has come down to 117/70 or 120/73 and even lower. Day readings dont go lower than 138/87. Thats after ive made myself sit for 20 min at least. In the past has been as high as 170/120. Ive lost 20 lbs and changed my diet drastically. I still have wine at nite. Ive added magnesium 400 mg every other day. Since that ut has changed.

But it is absolutely normal no need to take any medicine, only you need life style modification like 40 min daily brisk walk and light exercise and yoga .
