Breast cancer treatment is a combo of surgery, drugs, and radiation. After surgery depending upon the nodes or swellings of axilla nearby the breast involved the drug and radiation are given.
Since its given PT2N1, N says N1 means positive involvement of axilla, The next treatment should include drug therapy also called chemotherapy, a set of drugs given 4to6 times with a gap of 3weeks in-between.
And also radiation therapy should be given to breast and axilla. Along with the above, there should be monitoring for any new cancer at any other area like liver, lung and also at the operated site.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
