I am a 52 year old man. My total PSA was 6.5 and my f/t % PSA was measured at 10.8%. DRE showed enlargement and hardness but no bumps. What other non-invasive tests can I take to avoid a possibly unnecessary biopsy? I heard something about EN2 in urine being done in England.
