General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The management of duodenitis depends upon the clinical severity and supportive reports indicating the pathology.

When life style modifications, medications, dietary measures give precise symptoms control; there is no need of surgery.

But even if the patient has gone enough conservative trial of treatment and not satisfactory recovery, then surgery comes in picture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
