Welcome at HCM...
I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns....
Deviated nasal septum causes recurrent pharyngeal infection along with rhinitis.. These conditions do precipitate headache...
In your case if you don't want to operate then you should treat it conservatively.
Avoid dust exposure and use face mask while you are out . Use anti allergic medications along with nasal decongestant if you are symptomatic....use steam inhalation at night it will help clear your nasal passages and avoid cold exposure...
Use acetaminopgin to relieve your headache...antibiotics should be taken after consultation with your doctor in any acute episode of infection....
Hope your query is adequately answered...
Stay safe
