General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your report is suggestive of spondylosis. I will advise you to get some physiotherapy sessions which will help you to get rid of pain and numbness. There is nothing to worry as it is easily manageable by physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
