i am a HLA B27 Positive and i was diagnised as seronaegative spondylo arthtis patient.i have lower back pain and pain in both hips and my leg finger joints are also paining.i have been treated by methotrexate by my dovtor.is it right kind of treatment?and my joints and back have been massaging during night time before bed.is it correct of massaing of joints?
