weight loss .
Dear , result of your echo ,after cardio workout may be due to over exertion. . Cardio workout should be performed very carefully , gentaly to begin with Always start with deep breathing .Slowly fill air till your diphrgm and hold and breath out slowly deeply.
It is good to strengthen your chest ,heart ,lungs , and in fact , your whole system and increase slowly & gradually . with required work out ---- has long been known to promote a strong immune system ,giving resistance from diseases , along with regular exercise ,pranayam - deep breathing . stretching & shaking gently , walk , yoga , , Kapalbhatti , Anulom Vilom , Bharamari , Aomkar naad ,

Do work out upto your limitation It is advised not to overdo .

vitamins and minerals and antioxidants in natural form ---Garlic ,ginger
Aloe vera lemon juice 30 ml , Amla ,Turmeric powder a level spoon + almond oil a Tspoon with hot milk ,at bed time, .
Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking ,
sleeplessness stress and
Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity .
So avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
There is no better option than physical exercise. Walking is the best exercise to begin with also gives you well shaped body .
