Suggest Pain In Elbow With History Of Undergoing UCL Reconstruction Surgery

I had UCL reconstruction surgery on my elbow about 2 years ago. I ve recently been expecining pain in elbow. I went to the doctor today and he told me it s just my muscles and I just need to go to physical therapy once again. I ve been to therapy April on last year for my arm hurting again and it helped but it didn t make the pain permeantly go away. I play softball and I am a third baseman, so my arm is needed. Recently during my softball game i felt a tug in my arm that generated down the side of my arm. It hurt so bad it got to the point where I had to be taken out of the game. I m no expert, but I don t think this involves just my muscles. I ve never felt pain like this before, even before my surgery. Please help!
