Suggest Pain In The Back When Diagnosed With Kidney Stones

Hi I had a kidney stone in my right kidney few months back, which I guess is flushed out now as I dont have any pain. but now I have pain on the lower back right side starting from lower back to upper back on the right side of my kidney. Its relieved when I exercise , but long hours of standing or stress increases the pain, unable to move, sit or stand up. Pls suggest what to do. Thanks

Hi
Thankyou for contacting HCM.
Kidney stones cause pain especially when an infection settles in. If you have renal stones, you can have recurrent infections so recurrent episodes of pain can be there. Toir pain can be muscular & for its relief, apply voltral gel 3 times daily and take Tab. Paracetamol 500mg 1 tablet SOS. Get an ultrasound KUB done & show to urologist for further management.
Good day!!!
