Dear,

I have gone through your question and I can understand your concern.
You have a medical history for hiatal hernia and also you complains for stomach ache, so the drug of choice that I would prescribe for you is Omeprazole 40mg once daily, and also follow these lines in your diet:
A. Eat a lower fat, bland diet.
B. Eat four to six small meals a day instead of three larger meals.
C. D on’t eat 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
D. Avoid chocolate, garlic, onions, citrus fruits, coffee (including decaffeinated), alcohol, highly seasoned foods, and carbonated
beverages.
E. Eat slowly.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Wishing you good health.
