Suggest Pain Management For Cervical Spondylosis, Brachial Neuritis And Cervical Disc Displacement
I am a 42 yr female.that had a neck fusion on C4-5&C5-6 ACDF on April 7,2014 for cervical spondylosis,brachial neuritis and cervical disc displacement.I m still off work and still going to the doctors now I have narrowing of the cervical spine.does this mean my condition is getting worse? I hurt everyday.burning feet, back and thighs.pain in the back of both legs.I sometimes lose my balance when I walk.the pain gets worse from cold air.it even hurts if cross my legs or for someone to hug me. Please help
Your situation is quite serious because it affects your daily life. Everyday you should go to rehabilitation centers, physical therapy. Initially you can follow the instructions of your health care provider. Then you practice yourself at home. Combination of long drug sessions. Spine stretching exercises are very beneficial for your condition. Requires you to be persistent.
