General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These tabs are best suits to you but there are few sprays which can give instant relief but if these tabs are not working then local block [injection or epidural blocks left last resorts] depending upon how severe and bear-ability these things are decided.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
