Hi, I took accutane for about a year with bactrim. The two medications alone twoo alittle over 6 months to clear up my acne (along with topical creams and face wash). After a brutal battle, my face finally cleared up for about a year. Then the break outs started coming back. and A year and a half later I am faced with bad acne once again. My dermatologist has put me back on bactrim. I am afraid to start it though because of the side effects it could do. IS this a smart idea or should I just deal with my acne?
