Brief Answer:
depends on the cream, name or ingredients not mentioned

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different reasons for spots on the face, the most common cause is acne.

It would depend on the ingredients of the cream.

If it contains benzoyl peroxide then it may be helpful. This helps to kill the bacteria that is associated with acne and it also reduces inflammation on the skin.

For acne, the guidelines also currently recommend the use of a retinoid cream eg adalapene, tazarotene. These would need to be prescribed by your doctor.

The retinoid may be on it own or combined with benzoyl peroxide

Topical antibiotics are also used for acne

You have not listed the name of the cream or the skin condition involved so these are suggestions
For further information on the uses of the cream, you would need to provide the name

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
