Suggest Permanent Remedy For Recurrent Cold And Cough In Children
Hello My two year son is frequently suffer from cold and cough. Dr said he is allergetic n.suggested acolate and asthafen for two months and kidpred and ventiphilline for five days.is it safe to give so many medicines or what treatment could be done for permanent cure.
Unfortunately there is no permanent cure for the cough and cold. Young children are prone to these infections because their immune system is still developing.
As they get older, they would get less and less infection.
Using a lot of fruits with vitamin c , supplements and probiotics may help to boost the immune system and reduce the frequency of attacks.
In terms of the medication, if he has allergies and you can reduce his exposure then he may not have any of the allergy symptoms so may not need as much medication.
I hope this helps
