Suggest Permanent Solution For Fungal Infection

hi Dr ! I get some small white dots on ma skin initially and then after a span of time those white dots turns into big white patches.When i consulted ma Dr. he said u have fungal infection n he recommended me following medicines a)Jucan tab 150mg b)Onabet lotion c)K Z soap d)mycosol tab 250mg. After consuming those,it vanishes for some period and then it repeats again...he said its bcoz of the sweat but i don t sweat much... i want to know if there s any permanent solution for the same.

Hi,

I suggest two reasons for recurring, it is due to you using excessive sweat avoidance. Second, you are not using complete course of terbinafin, or the fungus may be resistant to terbinafine. You may need itraconazole for 2 to 4 weeks.
