Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic urinary tract infection might be due to resistant strain of organisms giving this problem often.
Go for routine and culture check up of urine to find out causative organisms and antibiotic medicine working against this organisms.
After report go for long specific antibiotic medicine course.
It is advisable to go for ultra sound of kidneys to rule out any other pathology.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
