I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hemorrhoid then it can be managed conservatively but surgery would be the final treatment, for conservative treatment, apply "Plycresuline cream" intra rectum, have more fiber diet, drink more water, sitz bath, but surgery is the best hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
