Hey I m not very paled skin nor am I brown I have a dark rim on the outer edges of my lips for as long as I can remember but not as a child.I started smoking 4 years ago and I quit recently.I m 24 healthy weight female with a good diet. Current medication: reacotane Also my pout is rather wrinkly except when I wake up from sleep, my lips are rather puffy then. I don t like home remedies. I hope you can suggest a cream or pill or laser to remove the general discolouration around my body ( between the legs and joints ) as well. Thanks
