Suggest Possible Medication For Gastritis

my boyfrnd has abdominal tb. he is taking his medicine course for 2nd time after he felt a lymph node on his neck. And now, he is also suffering from gasrtics and taking medicine of it as well. But the problem is we doubt if it can be transfeered as we share the same lunch !!!

Drug-induced gastritis is best treated with capsule Omeprazole. Also avoid oily/spicy/non-vegetarian stuffs also. Avoid smoking/alcohol if consuming.

Regarding the doubt to transfer with sharing of same lunch is a myth, it is not the way to transfer abdominal TB, go on sharing no worries.
