hi sir/madam, I am 28 years old and i am getting married i want to avoid child for 1 year, suggest me any methods in order to avoid pregnancy of my wife other than artificial methods like condoms and others. can i know how to follow my wife s menstural cycle for the same.

condom is the safest method for newly married couples
second is OC pills but it is not advisable in young and newly married but it can be taken
u can follow menstrual cycle but it is necessary that it is regular
safe period is the period of 1 wk prior and 1 wk after menstrual cycle if it is regular than only
u can have sex in safe period but it is not safest as condom
my personnel advise to use condom is the best
