To prevent miscarriage since you have a history of miscarriages, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a OBGYN, follow the prescription medicines given. You should have routine examination & follow up's done so that the pregnancy & fetal growth can be looked upon.
Your OBGYN will take several blood tests, STD tests & USG to detect any pathology that may cause your fetus harm. Get all tests done & get the cause treated. You should be in bed rest, avoid sexual intercourse, in case of any bleeding, report to your OBGYN urgently & get treated. Avoid junk food. Take home made food that is easily digested.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
