Suggest Precautionary Measures When Diagnosed With Syphilis

Hi Recently had medical chek up and my results shows vdrl reactive 1:2 and tpha negative after I went to skin doctor he checked my body and says vdrl reactive can be false results due to some reason and given me fit report .but i m little worried after one month going to marry I m worried about that is it possible I can transfer this to my partner. Pleas let me know weather I should take some precautions.

VRDL can be false positive and it's not a specific test to rule in syphilis. As per what you described in your question, it seems you do not have syphilis. That being said, the general precautionary measures you can take to prevent STDs would be a consistent use of condoms, avoiding sexual intercourse with unknown partners, avoiding sexual intercourse with multiple partners.
