Suggest Precautions To Be Taken By Family Members When One Person Has Conjunctivits
if there is someone in the household who has been dx with conjunctivitis, other members in household do not show any symptoms yet, but they eye has been infected for 3 days before seeking medical treatment. Should the other members of the house be on quarantine too until it is cleared?
As per your query person in your family had conjunctivitis, what other members should do is avoid direct eye contact with the person. Person with conjunctivitis should wear black sun glasses. Use of ciprofloxacin eye drops should be used by other members as a preventive measure.
