Suggest Precautions To Be Taken Post Treatment For A Fracture
Hello doctor, in two months i have fallen from the window in 6 october 2016and broke my foot, calcaneus and astragalus fracture, i had surgery in 17 october, what should i do to heal fast ? And when can i walk again ? Currently i am using crutch and one foot.

Sorry to hear you had had a fracture.
Healing after surgery for fracture is a gradual/progressive process.However, avoiding stressing the leg by using your crutch during the recovery period will help to control pain and in the consolidation process.You will be able to walk again. Just be patient for the normal healing process to go on.I will also recommend healthy diet.
