Suggest Precautions To Be Taken To Alleviate Sciatica Pain
What things can help the pain associated with sciatica? I have scoliosis, and every morning I wake up with pain running down the right hip area almost to the knee. It takes a lot of moving and stretching to finally be able to walk without pain. I do some yoga and the one pose that has helped me is the downward facing dog pose, if you are familiar with that. I recently had some x-rays taken of the back and the PA is going to order some more PT for me which I have done on and off for many years. I also have 2 total hip replacements, due to being physically active with the scoliosis over the years. Wondering what you might suggest for this.
Hi, It seems that there might behaving pinched nerve pressure producing sciatica pain. Go for back extension exercises daily. Avoid more bending from back and avoid squatting position. Try to sit straight. Take Calcium, vitamin D and B!, B6, B12supplements. Ok and take care.
