Suggest Precautions To Stop Recurring Anal Mucosal In Situ Melanoma

I am a 76 year old male who was recently diagnosed with anal mucosal in situ melanoma. The area has been excised to clear margins. A PET scan and a CAT were both negative as to cancer in any other of my body and a test of my lymph nodes showed no involvement. Since my research shows that this is a rare, bad one to have and that the only standard medical protocol is continued excision as new spots may appear (which I understand is very likely) (and by the way, the excision procedure is very brutal), is there a natural protocol(s) treatment program that will give me a fighting chance to keep it from coming back?
