You had unprotected penetrative intercourse and are worried about pregnancy now. If you are not prepared for conception then you should be on regular contraceptive pill, contact your health care worker. You can take Emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse for the best efficacy. This is a one time pill.
Contraceptive pills work to protect against pregnancy but do not protect against sexually transmitted diseases so do not indulge with multiple partners and always use condoms. If you take regular CP as instructed on the leaflet, there will not be any risk of pregnancy. If you take Emergency CP within 72 hours and do not vomit it out, you will not get pregnant. Stay away from addictions if any as they may reduce the efficacy of the pills.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
