Suggest Procedure For Pain In One Side Of The Lower Back

Hello All , I Am having lower back that is also one side leg( right ) . When I consulated Doctor everyone suggesting that go for excersises but not sure what kind of excersizes will give relief from this pain .can anyone suggest what kind treatment will fit for me to getout of this

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It may be best to consider physiotherapy of the affected areas.

A physiotherapist would be able to show you the correct exercises that would help relieve your discomfort then you would be able to do them at home on your own.

In addition to the therapy, you should consider the use of warm compresses and anti inflammatory pain medication (naproxen, ibuprofen or cataflam).
