Suggest Procedure For Using OPKs To Predict Ovulation
When using OPKs to try to predict ovulation, when is the best time to try, for two months I have been ovulating, shown via temps & regular periods, but I only seem to get a faint line on the OPKs but not a solid positive line darker than the control. I was told to do twice a day, but what times, and under what conditions, like how many hours can u not drink or hold off going to the toilet

I really appreciate your concern, the test that you did is not that much sensitive for confirming ovulation but the best test is ultrasonography test and it need to be gone through only, OPK can give false negative or positive result hope this information helps
