Suggest Prognosis For Breast Cancer

Hi doctors...im 44 y/o, female, 2 yrs past diagnosis, had mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation. Can u give me the prognosis for breast cancer IDC 2cm multifocal , ER/PR-, Her2 neu+, 0/15 lymph nodes removed, lympho vascular invasion seen..considered stage 1? which is more determinant of prognosis - the stage or the receptor and her2 status? thank you very much

Most of the breast malignancy responds good to both radiation therapy and chemotherapy and prognosis would be excellent and patient can achieve the normal life expectancy in my opinion the report has got the little role, main is your body response and your will power. hope this helps Thank
