hi
AF,CHF,CARDIOMYOPATHY, EF: 15%
the prognosis remains poor,
with restriction of fluid, salt control diet, prevent stress, avoid heavy weights.
it is very good to get implanted with an INTRA-CARDIAC DEFIBRILLATOR With PACEMAKER.
please continue your other medications, diuretics & cardiac medications regularly.
all the best
take care
