Krukenberg tumor due to Colon cancer needs surgical removal without any doubts. It is the metastasis of colon carcinoma over the epithelial surface of the ovary leading to the ovarian mass. This condition requires removal of both ovaries for definite cure. There is role of radiotherapy in many of the clinical conditions of this type.

I can understand your hopes for future pregnancy, but the uterus can be preserved for future pregnancy. The intrauterine insemination with assisted reproductive techniques after your egg preservation before surgery is the best option for you to be mom in future. Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
