Suggest Remdy For Red, Scaly And Itchy Skin Under The Armpits
I have a pink/red scaly itchy skin under my armpits. It covers under my entire armpits on both arms. It itches and I have no idea what I ve could ve done to get this. I don t have any allergies (that I know of) and wanted to know if there is something topically that I can use to help make this go away without having to see a Dr.
* As per my clinical experience, seems that the red, scaly itchy skin under both armpits are related to reactionary phenomenon against hyper hidrosis most likely.
Following measures will help you to get rid off this condition
- regular trimming of axillary hair
- take care not to injure skin during shaving with sharp blade
- use lavender oil application for 3 times a day strictly avoid commerical deoderants which contains isopropylalcohol and will damage the skin cells
- local application of beclomethasone with gentamicin cream 4 times a day
* Do report about the progress within 1 week of the condition, so that we can discuss about the future plan of actions.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
