Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of black burning marks on face which seems to be due to allergic reaction to melalite.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. Wash your face frequently several times during the day with plain water. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. Take combination of clindamycin gel during day time and Adapalene gel at night time. Avoid any hard cosmetic product on face and take antihistamine medication like benadryl. Avoid sunlight exposure and cover face when ever go outside.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
