In a patient I was treating, I would not order antibiotics directly. I would investigate further for the cause of infection- chiefly urine routine and culture- and I suggest the same for you. I would however suggest you take the other medicines. The pain in the abdomen could possibly be due to a severe gastritis. And I would suggest a brief course of antacids in addition to the medicines you are on. Sometimes a gynecological problem can also cause pain.
