General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication for temporary relieve such as Ibuprofen 400 gm three times a day.

I also recommend using antibiotics to treat the infection. I suggest Ciprofloxacin twice a day for seven days. You should consult your doctor for the prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
